Bus services 21 and 30 (Journeys to Plumbley only) also pass along Station Road, the main road at the bottom of Mossdale Avenue.

The 21 runs every hour between Sheffield and Rotherham via Manor Top, Mosborough, Killamarsh, Kiveton Park, Aston

The 30 to Plumbley runs every hour Evenings and Sundays between Dore and Plumbley via Sheffield Centre, Handsworth, Woodhouse, Beighton Crystal Peaks

The nearest tram stop is Halfway, the terminus of the Blue Line, which is at the Eastern end of Station Road, around five to ten minutes walk away from the squadron.

Trams on the Blue Line operate every ten minutes Monday - Saturday day time and every twenty minutes in Sundays and Evenings between Malin Bridge and Halfway via Hillsborough, Sheffield Centre, Manor Top, Hackenthorpe, Crystal Peaks
